Dalam pertemuan tersebut Menhan Prabowo didampingi Duta Besar RI untuk Vietnam H.E. Denny Abdi, anggota Komisi I DPR RI Sugiono, Athan RI di Vietnam Kolonel Laut (P) Dian Tri Hutanto.

Sedangkan Ketua Majelis Nasional Vietnam didampingi oleh Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly Mr. Vu Hai Ha, Chairman of the Law Committee of the National Assembly Mr. Hoang Thanh Tung, Ambassador of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to Indonesia Mr. Ta Van Thong, Deputy Chairman of the National Defense and Security Committee Mr. Do Quang Thanh, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Do Hung Viet, The Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly Ms. Tran Thi Hong An, dan Assistant to the Chairman of the National Assembly Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai.
